Job description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow retail client acquisition and influencer/KOL/affiliate ecosystems across the EEA region.

This role focuses on expanding presence within trading communities by driving user growth, trading volume, and revenue through strategic partnerships, campaigns, and direct client engagement. You will own your business plan end-to-end — from market sizing and segmentation to execution and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow retail clients and influencer/KOL/affiliate communities and revenue across the EEA region.
  • Develop and execute business plans including market sizing, segmentation, revenue forecasts, and KPI ownership.
  • Manage content, channels, campaigns, and events to attract, convert, and activate clients and partners.
  • Convert leads into active users and sustained trading volume through structured engagement.
  • Onboard clients and partners and support them throughout their lifecycle.
  • Gather and translate client and influencer feedback into actionable insights for product development.
  • Monitor trading behavior and performance metrics, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and community activations.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to maximize growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital assets, ideally within a crypto exchange or trading platform.
  • Proven business development experience with an existing network of influencers, affiliates, KOLs, or traders.
  • Demonstrated success in onboarding new clients or partners and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks in digital assets.

Nice to Have:

  • Existing network within trading communities, influencers, or affiliates in the EEA.
  • Experience executing partnership campaigns or community activations.
  • Familiarity with retail trading behavior and crypto market dynamics.
