Cruise & Vacation Planning Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our remote team as a Cruise & Vacation Planning Specialist. This role focuses on supporting clients with cruise and vacation planning services within the travel industry, working with established travel partners and suppliers.

In this position, you will assist clients throughout the planning and booking process by providing clear communication, organized follow-through, and reliable service. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys travel, is comfortable working independently, and can manage multiple details in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with cruise and vacation planning inquiries

• Support travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary coordination

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

• Review options and help ensure travel details are accurate and complete

• Maintain records, confirmations, and follow-up communication

• Work with internal systems and travel partners to support client requests

• Participate in training to stay current on destinations, cruise lines, and travel products

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

• Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience is a plus

• Interest in travel, cruising, or vacation planning is strongly preferred

• Applicants must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, select countries in Latin America, or the European Union to be considered
