Role Overview

As a Senior AI & Cloud Business Development Partner, you will act as the face of the companys AI and cloud offerings for North American enterprise customers—particularly those exploring LLM integration, AI platform adoption, and next‑generation cloud services.

You will drive strategic business development, foster deep customer relationships, and collaborate with global engineering teams to position the company as a premier AI and cloud solutions provider in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Customer Engagement

  • Build, develop, and manage relationships with enterprise clients across North America (California strongly preferred).
  • Identify and understand customer requirements related to:
    • Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • AI platforms & model deployment
    • Cloud services & enterprise architecture
  • Present the companys AI & cloud solutions, including:
    • Value proposition & technical capabilities
    • Pricing structures
    • Competitive advantages
  • Lead customer onboarding, account setup, and early usage guidance.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline with weekly reporting, including:
    • Expected customer usage and scale
    • Deployment timelines and adoption forecasts

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

Location & Language

  • Based in California, United States (U.S. preferred for coverage)
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English

Technical Expertise

  • 1–2+ years working in IT, cloud technology, enterprise tech, or AI-related roles
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Cloud architecture, cloud computing fundamentals, DevOps concepts
    • AI/LLM technologies and model ecosystems
  • Experience working with or understanding platforms such as:
    • Gemini
    • Grok
    • DeepSeek
    • Claude
    • Or similar enterprise AI technologies

Professional Background

  • Experience in:
    • Business Development (BD)
    • Pre‑Sales / Technical Sales
    • Solution Architecture
    • Customer Success for enterprise technology
  • Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across global time zones
  • Hands-on execution mindset with strong ownership and adaptability

Work Structure
