Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): authoring pages, templates, components, and workflows.
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM): manage and optimize images, videos, and other assets for performance and accessibility.
  • Basic Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, and understanding of responsive design principles.
  • SEO and Accessibility (A11y): knowledge of search engine optimization and compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).

Requirements:

  • Content Creation and Publishing: Build and update web pages, landing pages, and components using AEM templates and workflows.
  • AEM Proficiency and Asset Management: Author pages, templates, components, and workflows; manage assets in AEM’s Digital Asset Manager.
  • Accessibility, SEO, and QA: Conduct accessibility testing (WCAG), ensure UX/SEO/accessibility/compliance standards, and perform QA across devices.
  • Collaboration and Strategic Guidance: Work with designers, developers, and marketing to align content strategy with live digital experiences and advise on layout and design choices.

Job Description
  • Content Creation & Publishing: Build and update web pages, landing pages, and components using AEM templates and workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content meets UX, SEO, accessibility (A11y), and compliance standards.
  • Technical Tasks:
  • Implement reusable components and experience fragments.
  • Manage assets in AEM’s Digital Asset Manager.
  • Conduct accessibility testing (e.g., WCAG compliance).
  • Quality Assurance: Validate content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistency across devices and platforms.
  • Strategic Support: Sometimes act as a bridge between content strategy and live digital experiences, advising on layout and design choices.
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Proficiency in authoring pages, templates, components, and workflows within AEM.
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM): Ability to manage and optimize images, videos, and other assets for performance and accessibility.
  • Basic Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and understanding of responsive design principles.

  • Platform Integrations: Experience with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics/tagging systems (e.g., SiteCat, Ensighten).
