Destsetters, one of the most innovative tourism marketing agencies, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Creative Editor to lead the final stages of content production. This pivotal role ensures that all deliverables meet our high standards of accuracy, quality, and brand alignment. You will oversee the work of specialists in branding, concept development, and business analysis, ensuring flawless execution across all projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Content Finalization & Editing: Conduct the final round of editing for all deliverables, correcting grammar, style inconsistencies, and ensuring clarity while maintaining the brand’s voice and standards.
• Team Oversight: Collaborate with Hotel Business, Branding and Concept Specialists, overseeing their content to ensure consistency and high standards of execution.
• Brand & Editorial Guidelines: Ensure all projects adhere to established branding and editorial guidelines, providing feedback and mentorship to team members when necessary.
• Quality Control: Guarantee that all content reflects our commitment to quality and creativity, ensuring it is ready for client presentation and public release.
• Market & Industry Insight: Leverage your hospitality background to tailor content to industry standards, making sure that deliverables are aligned with current market trends and client needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation and editorial roles, ideally within the hospitality industry, with at least 5-6 years of professional development.
• Strong editing skills, with an exceptional eye for detail in grammar, style, and consistency.
• Background in hospitality management or marketing, with experience overseeing branding and concept development teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and guide content production through final stages.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software relevant to content production.
