7-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components)
Platform Developer II certification (must have)
Proficiency with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk) and API/data integration; experience with data integration and automation
Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud; strong communication skills and ability to guide offshore development teams; experience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile environments
Requirements:
Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning components, and automation (Flows/Process Builders) to meet business requirements
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via SOAP/REST/Bulk APIs and manage API/data integration
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, mentor offshore developers, and guide technical solutions
Ensure best practices, security, performance, and maintainability; participate in CI/CD pipelines and code reviews
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Need a hands on senior developer , with At least 7-8 years of experience as below:
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines. (good to have)
• Platform Developer 2 certification completed (must have)
• Knowledge of the Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API
• Communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations.
• Proficiency with the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Three or more years of experience in the Lightning Aura Component
• Three or more years of experience in Lightning Web Components
• Five or more years of experience with Apex. ,API integration and Data Integration.
• Extensive experience working with Flows , Process Builders
• Salesforce configuration 5- 6 year experience, Following Best practices, optimizing existing code
• Should be able to guide offshore developers team
