**This position involves extensive travel throughout the Benelux region, with up to 70–80% of your time spent installing, supporting, and maintaining the full Vision RT product portfolio. Due to the nature of the medical sector, some unsociable working hours may be required. The role also includes participating in a rotational “on‑call” system to provide telephone support.

Key Responsibilities will includeInstall, support, and maintain Vision RT product range.Perform site surveys ensuring all aspects of installation requirements are met in line with Vision RT processes and procedures.Provide reactive breakdown support (remote and on site).Provide planned maintenance/ upgrade support (remote and on site).Plan and perform installations in line with Vision RT installation processes & procedures.Liaise with customers and our installers.Essential Skills & ExperienceTechnically qualified experienced field engineerHardware Diagnostic experience.Excellent knowledge and PC hardware skills including replacing PC components.Windows 10 and Windows 7; Registry editing; TCP IP Networking; Windows Updates; Com Ports; Firewalls; OS Upgrades; using Windows Images.Trouble shooting utilising Event Viewer; Error Logs; Debug etc.Overview knowledge of firewalls and configuration.Ability to work independently and part of a cross functional teams.Desirable Skills & Experience SQLMedical Devices, ideally Medical Imaging or Radiotherapy Vision RT is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and development without regard to race, colour, religion, sexual orientation, gender, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
