We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with sales, technology, and delivery teams to design smart, effective solutions for our pharma clients. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients reach their goals through data, AI, and automation.
Act as the main technical contact for our pharma clients, helping them define their goals and find the right solutions.
Lead pre-sales activities: understand client needs, propose solutions, and support our teams to win deals.
Own solution architecture for key accounts, guiding engineering teams, and supporting delivery managers.
Build custom tools, automation scripts, and apps (mainly in R) to speed up delivery and improve quality.
Guide clients through the regulatory submission process (FDA, EMA, PMDA), including standards like CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, and define.xml.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences – speaking, sharing insights, and leading discussions.
Strong hands-on skills in R (Shiny, Tidyverse, reporting tools) and SAS (Base, Macro, Graph).
Experience building internal tools and automations that improve speed and quality of work.
Deep knowledge of clinical data workflows and submission requirements (ISS/ISE, CDISC standards).
Background in both pre-sales (scoping, proposals) and delivery leadership (technical guidance, architecture).
Good understanding of AI solutions and how to implement them in the Client’s software solutions landscape.
Confident speaker and presenter - you enjoy sharing knowledge at conferences or team meetings.
Excellent communication skills - able to work with both business and technical teams.
Comfortable working in a fully remote, global environment.
Fully remote work, with flexibility to adapt your schedule to project and client needs.
The opportunity to lead and shape high-impact solutions for global pharma and life sciences organizations, influencing how data supports drug development and regulatory decisions.
A senior, advisory role with real ownership - from pre-sales and solution design to guiding delivery and technical direction.
Competitive compensation, tailored to your experience and chosen form of cooperation, with clear and transparent terms.
Performance-based annual bonus linked to successful deal closures and company growth.
Time and budget for continuous professional development, including conferences, certifications, and industry events.
Collaboration with experienced architects, statisticians, data scientists, and industry experts in a supportive, knowledge-driven environment.
Modern equipment (MacBook or ThinkPad with Linux) and tools that enable efficient, high-quality work.
A remote-first culture built on trust, accountability, and partnership.
Important note: To complete the hiring process, you need to have a valid government-issued ID (for Polish citizens) or a valid passport (for non-Polish citizens).
