Job Description

Are you active on social media and passionate about helping people achieve their immigration goals? Greenlight Immigration Inc. is hiring Full-Time Remote Referral Agents to join our growing team!

As a Referral Agent, your main responsibility will be to promote our immigration services, connect with potential clients, and refer serious candidates to our immigration consultants. This is a full-time remote position (Monday to Friday) and a great opportunity to grow your experience in the immigration field while making an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote our services through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and personal networks (friends, relatives, groups, etc.)

  • Reach out to potential clients for an initial call to explain the service and check basic eligibility

  • Conduct a first discussion to understand the client’s needs and seriousness

  • Refer qualified and serious clients to our immigration team for a consultation

  • Follow up regularly with your referred clients to guide them through the process

  • Facilitate payments for clients when needed using a secure and agreed method

  • Submit daily or weekly reports of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups

Qualifications

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, responsible, and proactive

  • Familiar with using social media to promote services

  • Able to work independently and meet weekly targets

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or client communication is a plus

  • Must be available Monday to Friday (full-time)
