Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Retail Industry. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the company's product range, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues as needed.
  • Promote a positive brand image through proactive customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
