Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Government and Public Sector industry. This role is designed for individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support and are interested in contributing to public service initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients seeking assistance in governmental and public sector services.
  • Manage inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and services offered by public institutions.
  • Assist clients with applications, registrations, and other administrative processes.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring effective resolutions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of government policies and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement and compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline services and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the public sector or governmental services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
