Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in the vibrant Media & Entertainment industry. This position will allow you to engage with clients and customers while supporting a well-known company that drives creativity and innovation in entertainment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries about products and services in the media and entertainment sector.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to media subscriptions, streaming services, and billing inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively to understand and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their customer journey.
  • Stay informed about the latest media trends and company offerings to provide accurate and relevant assistance.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly, providing feedback for service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our customer base by providing friendly and professional service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the media or entertainment industry, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A passion for media and entertainment, with an understanding of current trends.
