Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Energy sector, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry. This role is based in Athens, Greece, and is ideal for individuals who are eager to contribute to a dynamic sector while delivering excellent service to clients.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the Oil & Gas industry through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
  • Handle complex customer issues and resolve complaints effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of company offerings, energy solutions, and industry regulations.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly for compliance and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide comprehensive support to customers.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the Oil & Gas or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A basic understanding of the energy sector and its dynamics is an advantage.
