Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to construction products, services, and order management.
  • Provide detailed information about product specifications, availability, and pricing to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the construction industry to better assist clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
