This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about real estate and committed to providing exceptional service to Dutch-speaking clients while helping them navigate their property-related inquiries.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to real estate listings and services.
  • Assist clients with property searches, providing detailed information and answering questions about available listings.
  • Support customers in the buying, selling, or rental processes, ensuring they receive comprehensive guidance throughout their journey.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, working diligently to find satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, property regulations, and the company's offerings.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and property management teams to resolve client issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the real estate or property management sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and an ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • A keen interest in real estate and a desire to assist clients in their property journeys.
