Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce a rewarding opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and hospitality, eager to provide outstanding service to Dutch-speaking clients.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding travel and hospitality inquiries.
  • Assist clients with booking processes, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Provide information about travel destinations, accommodations, and available services, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to locate solutions and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, travel policies, and company offerings.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, especially in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences.
