This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare and possess a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to clients and healthcare professionals.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist healthcare professionals and clients with inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and services.
  • Ensure accurate information is relayed regarding product availability, usage, and safety guidelines.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the pharmaceuticals sector and stay updated on product offerings and regulations.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of client issues.

Requirements
