  • Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the healthcare sector through phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to healthcare products, services, and account management.
  • Guide customers through the process of obtaining necessary information, including appointment scheduling and product details.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and services to provide precise information.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance purposes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
