Job Overview:

Oversees all aspects of center integration for acquisitions. This is a remote position, Open to all time zones. Travel required.

Compensation/Benefits: $80k-$110k. Benefits start Day 1.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Operations Integration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of successfully integrating new processes and systems into existing operations. The Manager of Operations Integration will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new technologies, processes, and procedures to improve efficiency and drive growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

-  For Acquisitions

- Lead the integration of new processes and systems into existing operations

Coordinate with external Vendors on new acquisitions.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies and processes

- Conduct thorough analysis of current operations and identify areas for improvement

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for integration projects

- Communicate progress and updates to senior management and stakeholders

- Train and mentor team members on new processes and systems

- Monitor and evaluate the success of integration projects and make recommendations for further improvements

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations management and integration

Qualifications:

-  Minimum 5 years Caliber experience

Willing to travel 75%. Okay with overnight stays

- Proven track record of successfully integrating new processes and systems into existing operations

-  Be able to travel up 75% of the time sometimes at late notice

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in operations management and integration
