You will work closely with our HR team to identify and source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions

- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires

- Keep track of recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to the HR team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or HR preferred, but not required
