Requirements:

  • Develop and own the end-to-end organic LinkedIn content strategy to maximize visibility and drive traffic to the UX/UI blog, including a high-volume 7-day-a-week content calendar aimed at 1,000+ posts per two-week cycle
  • Lead the Content Factory: architect AI-assisted content generation and curation, ensure factual accuracy, adherence to UX/UI principles, and maintain a consistent brand voice; create diverse formats (text posts, carousels, short-form videos, graphics)
  • Manage website monetization and analytics: implement affiliate marketing within blog content, oversee Google Ads display on the Wix platform, and monitor performance via LinkedIn Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Operate autonomously with weekly strategic alignment to the founder and deliver measurable growth in organic reach and qualified traffic to the blog and coaching platform

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly autonomous and data-driven Remote Lead AI Content Strategist (UX / UI Focus) to spearhead our organic growth on LinkedIn. This is a unique, high-impact role for a specialist who can combine deep expertise in UX / UI principles with advanced knowledge of AI and automation tools to achieve unprecedented content volume and drive targeted traffic. The primary objective is to establish our brand as the dominant thought leader in UX / UI education on LinkedIn. This role requires a strategic mind capable of designing and operating a "Content Factory" that can generate and curate over 1,000 high-quality, educational posts per month while maintaining brand voice and subject matter accuracy. You will operate with significant independence, reporting directly to the founder with a weekly two-hour strategic check-in. Success will be measured by your ability to scale content output, increase organic reach, and drive qualified traffic to our blog and future coaching services platform (built on Wix).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Autonomy

  • Develop and Own the Strategy: Create, implement, and continuously refine the end-to-end organic LinkedIn content strategy designed to maximize visibility and drive traffic to our UX / UI blog.
  • High-Volume Content Planning: Design a robust content calendar and workflow capable of producing 7-day-a-week content, with a goal of generating 1,000+ posts within a two-week cycle.
  • Future Sales Positioning: Strategically position content to build authority and warm up the audience for the future launch of our premium UX / UI coaching services.

2. Content Factory and Automation

  • AI Automation Architecture: Design and manage the technical workflow for leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI tools to rapidly generate content drafts from existing blog posts and new UX / UI concepts.
  • Strategic Curation: Act as the final editorial gate, ensuring all AI-generated content is factually accurate, adheres to core UX / UI principles, and maintains a consistent, professional brand voice.
  • Content Creation: Independently create engaging LinkedIn content formats, including text posts, carousels, short-form video scripts, and graphics (leveraging AI tools or basic design skills).

3. Website Integration and Monetization

  • Affiliate Marketing Implementation: Understand and implement affiliate marketing links and strategies directly within blog content to generate passive revenue.
  • Google Ads Management: Understand how Google Ads work and be able to integrate existing Google Ad accounts onto the blog platform (Wix) for display advertising.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyze performance using LinkedIn Analytics and Google Analytics to inform strategy. Demonstrate a working understanding of the Wix platform and how to optimize content and tracking.
  • Perform other tasks related to the role.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable interacting with tenants, brokers, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving significant organic growth.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep, practical understanding of UX / UI principles and concepts is mandatory.
  • Automation Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, image generators) and automation workflows to scale content production dramatically.
  • Technical Marketing Skills: Proven ability to implement and manage affiliate marketing and Google Ads display on a website platform (preferably Wix).
  • Communication and Work Ethic: Must be a highly communicative self-starter who proactively reports on project progress and immediately flags potential risks or project failures.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, manage a high-volume workload, and deliver results with minimal daily supervision.
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.

  • Sales Acumen: Experience in sales or a strong understanding of sales principles and positioning.
  • Grant Acquisition: Experience or knowledge of how to research, apply for, or acquire grants.
