10+ years of software development experience using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and Kafka with event-driven architectures.
Experience in solution architecture, design patterns, and leading microservices-based projects; proficient in Agile (Scrum/Kanban); Safe Agile desirable.
Proficiency with AWS cloud services, SQL and NoSQL databases, and high-throughput messaging systems (Kafka); experience with additional brokers (MQTT, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ) is a plus; GraphQL/React/Angular experience is a plus.
Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and multi-threaded programming; excellent coding and communication skills; proven track record of building and leading teams.

Requirement:
