GENERAL QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES

Experience and Training

Experience in data entry work. Graduation from a standard high school or equivalent is generally preferred. Experience and training may be substituted for each other.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

Knowledge of data entry equipment and office practices and procedures.

Ability to detect and resolve error conditions, select and transcribe data, and communicate effectively.
