Roles & Responsibilities

10+ years in direct management experience, managing teams of 100+ reports including leadership roles
Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and lean techniques
Experience with full staffing life cycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, and terminations
Experience handling global projects and deliveries in an agile environment

Requirements:

Drive design and development using modern development stack and patterns (APIs / Microservice, Event-driven architecture, DDD, etc.)
Deliver software as part of a full stack development team utilizing a Java-based stack in a public cloud environment (AWS or GCP)
Apply development methodologies (TDD, CI/CD, XP, DevOps) in an agile environment
Manage engineering, data, testing and operations teams, including enterprise integrations and real-time data processing

Job Description

10+ years in direct management experience, managing teams of 100+ reports including leadership roles.
Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and lean techniques.

Skill & Abilities

·10+ years of Engineering Leadership experience driving design and development using modern development stack and patterns (APIs / Microservice, Event-driven architecture, DDD, etc.)
10+ years of progressive experience delivering software as part of a full stack development team utilizing custom development stack (using an object-oriented programing like Java) in a public cloud environment (like AWS or GCP)
5 years of practical application of development methodologies (TDD, CI/CD, XP, DevOps, etc.) in an agile environment
Experience with Enterprise Integrations and real time data processing Experience managing engineering, data, testing and operations teams
