5-9 years of overall experience in B2B commerce, preferably SFCC B2B
Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce (Lightning, LWC, Flows, Cloud Craze)
Minimum 2 years of hands-on B2B commerce experience and strong front-end skills (JavaScript and ISML)
Excellent communication, agile mindset, and ability to own projects with client interaction

Requirements:

Lead and own SFCC B2B projects end-to-end, coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Develop and customize B2B storefront features using Salesforce technologies (Lightning, LWC, Flows, Cloud Craze) with emphasis on front-end development (JavaScript and ISML)
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring best practices and scalable architecture
Collaborate with stakeholders, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

B2B experience and knowledge which was the most important ask.
Prior experience as Lightning, LWC, Flows Cloud Craze from B2B commerce.
Min 2 years in B2B commerce
Good, experienced folks (> 4 yrs experience +)
Strong Communication Skills
Well versed in Agile ways of working
Hands and independent with project ownership along with client communication
If its the front end, strong in Java scrips and ISML.
Strong Knowledge of current salesforce technologies and a deep understanding
