3 Good to have/Knowledge in enhancements using CRM WebClient, Web UI enhancements using Component workbench, UI configuration tool, Enhancement sets, Generic Interaction Layer GENIL / Business Object Layer BOL development and extensions
4 Good to have in SAP CRM one Order Framework SAP CRM middleware
5 Good to have in SAP CRM sales, service, Market
