Roles & Responsibilities

5-7 years of Salesforce development experience
4+ years of hands-on LWC and Apex development
Strong Salesforce CPQ expertise: product configuration, pricing customization, custom scripts, guided selling, MDQ, advanced approvals, quote templates, and multi-currency
Remote work eligibility with IST timezone availability

Requirements:

Lead and participate in end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementations, driving successful delivery and client satisfaction
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into CPQ configurations, and implement product configuration, pricing, and guided selling
Integrate CPQ with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party systems (ERP, payment gateways); ensure data integrity and maintain documentation
Develop and execute test plans, perform UAT, provide user training and ongoing support; stay up-to-date with CPQ best practices

Responsibilities:

Salesforce CPQ Implementation: Lead and participate in end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into CPQ solutions, and configure Salesforce CPQ accordingly.
Configuration: Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce CPQ to support complex pricing, quoting, and product configuration processes.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party systems (ERP, payment gateways, etc.).
Documentation: Prepare detailed technical and functional documentation, including process flows, data models, and system designs.
Testing: Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and assist in user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
User Training: Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can effectively utilize Salesforce CPQ.
Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve technical issues, identify and address system performance bottlenecks, and provide ongoing support to users.
Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce CPQ best practices, new features, and enhancements to continually improve system functionality and efficiency.
