Roles & Responsibilities

6+ years of hands-on MERN stack development experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API design
Proficient in SQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB); cloud platform experience; familiarity with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes; knowledge of design patterns
Experience with CI/CD methodologies and Agile development; strong communication and stakeholder/vendor management; ability to mentor junior developers
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in collaborative team environments; understanding of NFR concepts (resilience, availability, performance, security)

Requirements:

Lead the development and architectural design of MERN stack projects; break solutions into functional modules and design scalable RESTful services and microservices
Mentor junior team members, drive Agile processes, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to manage expectations and deliverables
Ensure non-functional requirements such as resilience, availability, performance, and security are integrated; implement CI/CD and testing strategies
Work with cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, and API gateways; guide deployment in a microservices architecture and cloud services

Senior MERN Developer-01 Position(5-7 Years)

6+ years of in-depth experience working as a MERN stack developer
Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong hands-on experience in React, and NextJS.
Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS, ExpressJS, etc.
Hands-on experience in RESTful HTTP service design
Hands-on working experience with SQL, Postgres SQL, and No SQL DB like Mongo DB.
Ability to design solutions by breaking them into functional modules.
Understanding of NFR concepts around resilience, availability, performance, security, etc.
Familiar with Continuous integration methodologies and tools.
Hands-on experience on any one cloud platform with exposure to microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of design patterns like microservices, event-based architecture patterns, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in project work and commercial development processes- particularly Agile methodologies.
Able to be effective in a collaborative team environment.
Strong stakeholder/vendor management skills, influence, and ability to work autonomously.
Hands-on experience on designing for NFRs around resilience, availability, performance, security, etc.
Strong Hands-on experience with cloud concepts
Can lead and mentor junior team members towards a collective goal.
Knowledge of various API gateway tools like Apigee, Mulesoft, AWS API Gateway
