Roles & Responsibilities

Strong experience with Golang, able to write clean idiomatic code, solid understanding of Go standard library, concurrency primitives, tooling, and testing practices.
Experience with libp2p or any other P2P networking stack.
Solid understanding of software development best practices and distributed systems fundamentals (consensus protocols, distributed hash tables, log replication, P2P networking).
Knowledge of blockchain technologies (Ethereum/EVM fundamentals, IPFS, Libp2p) and interest in topics like Proof-of-Stake, consensus algorithms, decentralization, public key cryptography.

Requirements:

Design, develop, and maintain Go-based blockchain protocol components and services.
Implement and optimize P2P networking (libp2p) and consensus-related features; work on DHTs, log replication.
Write clean, idiomatic Go code with strong testing practices; develop tooling and CI tests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architecture decisions, and stay current with evolving blockchain tech.
