Roles & Responsibilities

5-8 years of experience in one or more SAP modules
At least two full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live)
Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology
Ability to lead workstream activities on a project

Requirements:

Lead workstream activities on SAP TRM projects, including module-specific configuration and master data development
Provide expert SAP TRM and PSCD functional guidance with an understanding of Tax Authority processes and legislation
Communicate confidently with customers, coach clients on solutions, and agree on the most appropriate way forward
Lead and manage assigned team members with strong coaching and leadership across engagements, adapting to methodologies such as ASAP, Activate, Waterfall, and Scrum

SAP Skills

5-8 Years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
At least two full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).
Understanding of SAP Activate Methodology.
Ability to lead workstream activities on a project.
Understanding of integration between modules.
Leads detailed module-specific configuration and master data development.
Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes, review release notes, and solution roadmaps as well as provide guidance to customers on release strategy.

Project Requirements

5+ years of experience with TRM project implementations
Expert level knowledge concerning SAP TRM and PSCD
Excellent understanding of Tax Authority business processes and legislation
Follows industry trends and focuses to become a thought leader in his area of expertise.
Exposure to new technologies in the SAP space for functional considerations
Exposed to multiple Implementation methodologies like ASAP, Activate, Waterfall, Scrum etc.
Able to communicate with customer confidently, convince / coach clients on the most appropriate solution and agree on an effective way forward
Excellent communication skills in all areas (oral, aural, written)
Strong coaching and leadership skills with interest in consultants in their area of expertise
Strong presentation skills at all levels of engagement with the customer
Leadership and management of assigned team members
