Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Tosca Testing Specialist with over 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our SAP applications through automated testing processes. This role demands a deep understanding of SAP modules, expertise in Tosca Testsuite, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Strategy and Planning:
   • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for SAP applications.
   • Collaborate with project managers, SAP consultants, and business analysts to define testing requirements and scope.
   • Create detailed test plans, including objectives, timelines, and resources.
2. Test Case Development:
   • Design, write, and maintain automated test cases using Tosca Testsuite.
   • Ensure test cases cover all functional and non-functional requirements.
   • Develop reusable test scripts and components for various SAP modules.
3. Test Execution:
   • Execute automated test cases and analyze results.
   • Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
   • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies.
4. Test Automation:
   • Utilize Tosca's automation capabilities to improve testing efficiency.
   • Implement and manage Tosca frameworks and methodologies.
   • Continuously enhance and optimize automated test scripts.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with development teams to understand application changes and their impacts on testing.
   • Provide clear and concise reports on testing activities, results, and issues to stakeholders.
   • Participate in regular project meetings and update progress on test activities.
6. Continuous Improvement:
   • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP testing and Tosca automation tools.
   • Identify areas for process improvements and recommend solutions.
   • Mentor and guide junior testers in Tosca and SAP testing practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP testing.
  • Extensive experience with Tosca Testsuite, including test case creation, execution, and automation.
  • Proven track record in automating tests for various SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW).
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and business processes.
  • Experience with other testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
