Roles & Responsibilities

SAP SuccessFactors certification is mandatory.
Full-time degree from a recognized institute.
4-5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors HRIS End User/Administrator or SF Consultant roles, including participation in implementation projects (requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, data migration, UAT).
Strong communication and presentation skills with problem-solving and consultative abilities to engage stakeholders.

Requirements:

Act as SAP SuccessFactors HRIS End User/Administrator or SF Consultant, actively maintaining the organization's SF systems and contributing to SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects (requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, data migration, UAT).
Provide administration training and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Engage with stakeholders across large organizations using strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with problem-solving and consultative abilities to build relationships and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results on time and ensure client satisfaction.

Role: SAP Sucess Factor with SF Certification

Experience: 4- Years

Location: Remote

Salary Range: 50k to 1 Lac

SAP SuccessFactors certification is mandatory.
Having a full-time degree from a recognized institute.
Relevant years of experience in one or more areas are listed below :
SAP SuccessFactors (SF) HRIS End User / Administrator who is responsible for actively maintaining the organizations SF Systems OR
SF Consultant who has contributed to SAP SuccessFactors Implementation projects i.e. requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, providing administration training, performing data migration, and managing User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Dynamic individual with strong communication and presentation skills possess solid problem-solving and consultative skills to engage and build relationships with large organizations stakeholders.
Successfully navigate through challenges to complete the deliverables within deadlines and ensure that the quality of deliverables meets client expectations.
Ability to collaborate with a large team and work for a common goal.
