Strong experience in SAP CRM ABAP development: function modules, reports, data dictionary, and object-oriented ABAP.
Proficiency with SAP CRM Web UI (BOL, GENIL, UI configurations, AET, transaction launcher) and Adobe Forms.
Hands-on experience with BADI and BAPI development, RFC interfaces, OData, SPROXY and web services.
Familiarity with IS-U CRM concepts, One Order framework, ISU data model, and S/4HANA Service Management is a plus.
Requirements:
Develop and customize SAP CRM ABAP components including function modules, reports, data dictionary objects, and OO ABAP.
Implement and configure SAP CRM WEB UI using BOL, GENIL, UI configurations, transaction launcher, AET, and ensure interfaces with RFC, OData, SPROXY, and web services.
Work on IS-U CRM with One Order framework and ISU data model; participate in design and integration within the S/4HANA environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP IS-U / S/4HANA service management enhancements and support project deliverables.
