Experience in SAP QM module with PP and PM functionalities
Experience with SAP QM/PP rollout projects and implementations
Ability to train/lead end users on the SAP QM module and provide ongoing support
Strong cross-functional collaboration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and FI to ensure QM requirements are met

Responsibilities

Enable new functionality in SAP QM/PM module and implement rollout projects across SAP and related IT systems
Integrate SAP with other systems as required and manage changes in SAP statutes as applicable
Train new and existing users on the SAP QM module and coordinate with MM, SD, PP, FI to ensure requirements are met
Troubleshoot user issues, provide reports with ABAP team or BI, and prepare functional specifications for development

Role Description:

Enable new functionality in SAP QM & PM Module / other IT systems/ Implementing & rollout projects Handling
Implement changes in statutes in SAP as applicable
Integrate SAP with other systems as required.
Training new and existing users on SAP QM Module
Identify potential areas in SAP / IT which can bring in business benefits
Co-ordinate with other modules such as MM, SD, PP, FI etc., which have an impact on QM modules to ensure the company's requirements are met in a consistent manner.
Trouble shooting / Clarifications to users
Provide reports to users working with the ABAP team or through business intelligence
Provide work around to users whenever SAP does not meet the requirements directly.
