  • 7+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) with strong SAP ERP and S/4HANA background
  • Expertise in Data Model Enhancement, Data Transfer (DIF/DEF), Data Replication Framework (DRF), and BRFplus
  • Experience implementing SAP MDG solutions for master data domains such as Customer, Vendor, and Material (MDG EhP6/7.0/8.0, preferably 9.0)
  • Strong experience in configuration, rule-based workflows, UI modeling, and process modeling, including activation and configuration of MDG modules, error handling, and requirement gathering/documentation

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of SAP MDG solutions for master data domains (Customer, Vendor, Material) and manage MDG module activation and configuration
  • Work with Data Model Enhancement, Data Transfer (DIF/DEF), Data Replication Framework (DRF), and BRFplus to meet business requirements
  • Configure rule-based workflows, UI modeling (design of UI, validations, derivation rules), and process modeling (entities, workflows, data transfer, ALE/SOA integration)
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders, create requirement specifications, and document use cases for MDG initiatives

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MDG Consultant. The ideal candidate will have over 7+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance, with a strong background in SAP ERP and S/4HANA. This role requires deep technical expertise, robust functional knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication skills to lead master data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Data Model Enhancement, Data Transfer (DIF/DEF), Data Replication Framework (DRF), Business Rules Framework plus (BRFplus)
  • Expertise in Implementation of SAP MDG Solutions for masters like Customer, Vendor, Material, etc.
  • Experience in SAP MDG EhP6 & MDG 7.0/8.0 (Preferably 9.0)
  • Experience in Integrating business process requirements with the technical implementation of SAP Master Data Governance
  • Experience in Configuration rule-based Workflow
  • Experience in User interface modeling (Design and Creation of UI, Value restriction, Define navigation elements of type Hyperlink or Push button, Data quality, Validation and Derivation rules)
  • Experience in Process Modelling (Entity, Business Activity change, Request type, Workflow, Edition type, Relationship, Data replication techniques, SOA service, ALE connection, Key & value mapping, Data transfer, Export & import master data, Convert master data)
  • Expert knowledge in activation and configuration of the MDG modules & components and Error Handling
  • Experience with requirement gathering, creating requirement specifications, and working on documenting use cases is a must
