5+ years of hands-on SAP IS-Utilities DM configuration and support experience with a minimum of two IS-U projects
Good understanding of the ISU data model and meter-to-cash processes
Setup of Register Setup, Register Group, Device Categories.
Good Understanding of Device Master Data and scheduling.
Experience in setting up meter reading upload process, enhancement, validation, and estimation.
Integration with Billing Module
Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues across SAP processes
Strong communication skills are required; written, verbal, and strong interpersonal skills and participation in the deployment and hyper-care activities.
Good to have the ability to demonstrate cross-functional and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
SAP ISU Billing:
8+ years of experience in SAP IS-Billing & Invoicing configuration and support experience with a minimum of two IS-U projects and one full lifecycle
Must have hands-on experience in Billing Master Data
Must have hands-on knowledge of interlinking between contracts, contract accounts, Business partners, and installations.
Should possess knowledge of special billing processes like manual billing and Bill corrections
Should have worked on Mass processing for Billing, Invoicing, collective Invoicing, Bill prints
Should have worked on the Mass scheduler and variants for the Mass scheduler
Must have hands-on Knowledge of Integration of SAP IS-U Billing and invoicing with CRM, FICA DM
Should have Knowledge of Integration of SAP IS-U Billing and invoicing with FICA
A complete understanding of payment plans /payment schemes and its integration with FICA will be an added advantage
