Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements and develop solutions to address them
Provide SME guidance in IBP/Logility and lead or participate in end-to-end client-facing implementations (Demand, Supply, and S&OP planning)
Configure and design SAP IBP solutions; apply SAP implementation methodologies; mentor junior team members
Maintain effective client relationships for project and sustainment activities; collaborate with project teams and work independently as needed

Hands on experience in SAP IBP or Logility, total experience 4 - 13 years.

Demonstrated capability to analyze business and technical requirements; and develop solutions to address the requirements.

Subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Logility, Demand Planning, Supply planning, Sales & Operation Planning processes preferably with at least 1 end to end implementation experience with a client facing role.

Strong configuration and design skills required

Demonstrated experience in SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies.

Well-honed SCM skills and expert understanding of the Software Configuration Management. Ability to perform complex SCM tasks and ability to mentor or train others in the configuration management effort.

A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills. Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused.

Effective communication skills and experience with customer facing relationships for both project and sustain related functions
