Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP FICO modules, including Simple Finance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting processes, coupled with in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and integration.

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration: - Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO and Simple Finance modules. Configure and customize SAP FICO functionalities to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party applications.

2. Support and Maintenance:

- Provide ongoing support for SAP FICO modules, addressing user issues and system enhancements.

- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, resolving technical and functional issues in a timely manner.

- Stay informed about SAP updates and apply patches as necessary.

3. Financial Process Optimization:

- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to understand business processes and requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through the effective use of SAP FICO functionalities.

4. User Training and Documentation:

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and other stakeholders to ensure proper utilization of SAP FICO features.

- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

5. Integration and Reporting:

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other systems.

- Design and develop financial reports using SAP reporting tools for management decision-making.

6. Compliance and Security:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls in SAP FICO implementations.

- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive financial data.

7. Continuous Learning:

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP FICO and related technologies.

- Participate in relevant training programs and certifications to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.

- Experience with SAP Simple Finance is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
