8-10 years of experience in SAP with a focus on data migration projects
Expertise with data migration tools such as SAP LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), or third-party ETL tools

Hands-on experience in SAP data migration and data management processes, including end-to-end migration lifecycle

Troubleshoot complex data issues during migration and develop/ customize data extraction, transformation, and loading logic using ABAP and SQL as needed; manage stakeholder communications

Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, extraction, and transformation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues during migration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the migration process.
SAP certification in data migration, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP BODS is a plus.
