Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP Commerce implementations.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing SAP Commerce.
Strong understanding of SAP Commerce architecture and SAP ECC integration.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; knowledge of SAP SD is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with implementation partners, customers, and development teams to design, develop, test, and implement SAP Commerce solutions that meet business requirements.
Lead and facilitate design sessions with business, IS stakeholders, and SMEs; drive integration and close gaps; provide production support.
Focus on functional enhancements and strategic project implementations while working with practice leadership to develop the Consumer Experience practice.
Translate business requirements into sustainable SAP Commerce architectures and configurations; stay current with trends and share learnings.

Job Description:

The Business Analyst - SAP Commerce will be a core member of the eCommerce Team, working closely with the existing implementation partner, customer, and the development team for the successful delivery of the project.

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum of 6+ years.

As a Technical Lead, you will:

Collaborate with other implementation partners, customers, and development teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
Focus primarily on functional enhancements and strategic project implementations while also providing production support.
Work closely with practice leadership to develop the Consumer Experience practice.

Required Skills:

Development of technical design, solutions, and configuration in SAP Commerce for global projects.
Lead and facilitate design sessions among business, IS stakeholders/leaders & SME(s), driving integration and eliminating gaps.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing SAP Commerce.
Detailed understanding of SAP Commerce architecture.
Understanding of integration with SAP ECC.
Ability to translate business requirements and architect sustainable solutions.
Proven ability to stay aware of current trends and technical advancements and share learnings.
Experience managing cross-functional support with other functional analysts and technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation.
Bachelor's degree required. The degree must be from an accredited institution.
