SAP Commerce Business Analyst

Job Description:

The Business Analyst - SAP Commerce will be a core member of the eCommerce Team, working closely with the existing implementation partner, customer, and the development team for the successful delivery of the project.

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum of 6+ years.

As a Technical Lead, you will:

• Collaborate with other implementation partners, customers, and development teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
• Focus primarily on functional enhancements and strategic project implementations while also providing production support.
• Work closely with practice leadership to develop the Consumer Experience practice.

Required Skills:

• Development of technical design, solutions, and configuration in SAP Commerce for global projects.
• Lead and facilitate design sessions among business, IS stakeholders/leaders & SME(s), driving integration and eliminating gaps.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing SAP Commerce.
• Detailed understanding of SAP Commerce architecture.
• Understanding of integration with SAP ECC.
• Ability to translate business requirements and architect sustainable solutions.
• Proven ability to stay aware of current trends and technical advancements and share learnings.
• Experience managing cross-functional support with other functional analysts and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation.
• Bachelor's degree required. The degree must be from an accredited institution.
