7-10 years of SAP C4C consulting experience with at least 2 end-to-end SAP C4C implementations in Sales and/or Service Cloud
Proven ability to break down business problems into functional and technical requirements
Strong knowledge of SAP C4C functional areas including Sales (opportunity, quote, sales order, billing) and Service (service orders, confirmations, billing, service contracts, service requests, warranty, complaints) plus C4C UI concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles)
Experience integrating SAP C4C with CRM On-Premise / SAP ERP using HCI or PI, and familiarity with dashboards and reports; excellent client-facing and presentation skills; willingness to travel for short durations and support pre-sales
Requirements:

Analyze and translate business problems into functional and technical requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Support pre-sales activities with client-facing demonstrations, proposals, and presentations
Collaborate on integrations between SAP C4C and CRM On-Premise/SAP ERP (HCI/PI), develop dashboards/reports, and ensure successful deployment; travel as required

Should be willing to support the solution in the pre-sales process

Knowledge of dashboards and reports within SAP C4C.
Communicate the understanding of customer concerns and requirements with the internal team to work and resolve gaps/ issues.
