SAP C4C Functional Consultant

• Minimum 7 to 10 years SAP C4C consulting experience

• Experience in breaking down business problems/requirements into functional and technical requirements.

• At least 2 end to end SAP C4C Implementations experience in Sales /Service Cloud.

• Sales (working knowledge of opportunity, quote, sales order, billing)

• Service (working knowledge of service order, confirmation, billing, service contracts, service requests, warranty, complaints etc.)

• Should be willing to support the solution in the pre-sales process

• C4C UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles, and other concepts)

• Experience in Integration between C4C and CRM On Premise / SAP ERP either using HCI or PI

• Knowledge of dashboards and reports within SAP C4C.

• Communicate the understanding of customer concerns and requirements with the internal team to work and resolve gaps/ issues.

• Excellent client facing and presentation skills

• Open for Travel for short duration

• Good Communication skills
