SAP Build App / Service Cloud V2 Technical Consultant

Job Description

Candidate should have 4-7 years of overall experience as Technical Consultant and SAP Build Apps Consultant with deep expertise in low-code/no- code and pro code application development using SAP Build Apps and Node.js

Develop custom solutions in SAP Build Apps for extending functionalities of SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Build and deploy custom applications using SAP Build Apps (No Code/Low Code and Pro Code) for extended functionality.

Proficient with Architecture of SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2.

Hands-on experience with side-by-side extensibility patterns, integrating with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).

Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.

Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of developed components.

Conduct unit testing, deployment, and documentation of custom developments.

Support issue resolution, enhancements, and lifecycle management of technical solutions.

Excellent Communication skills

Skills Required

Design, develop, and deploy low-code/pro-code applications using SAP Build Apps to extend SAP Service Cloud V2 solution.

Create custom business logic using Node.js in SAP Build Apps (Pro Code) as part of side-by-side extensions.

Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript for custom logic development within Build Apps Pro Code Editor.

Integrate applications with SAP Service Cloud V2 APIs (OData/REST) securely and efficiently.

Implement best practices for SAP BTP side-by-side extension, using services like SAP Destination, Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP),SAP Integration Suite and Business Application Studio.

Solid understanding of SAP Service Cloud V2 architecture including object models, metadata, and APIs.

Proven experience with side-by-side extensibility models on SAP BTP.

Ensure compliance with SAPs clean core principles while implementing extensibility

Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable components for cross-app usage.

Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide guidance on extension feasibility and design.

Work closely with business stakeholders and functional consultants to understand extension requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Good knowledge of SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 functional areas Sales, Service, Marketing.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work in agile/scrum environments and interact directly with clients and stakeholders.

· Should have been part of atleast 2 End to End SAP Service Cloud/BTP/Build Apps implementation projects

· Graduation and above
