Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for customer service teams.
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and version control using GitHub; proficiency in Apex (including Triggers, Flows) and Data Loader.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Salesforce Service Cloud projects and teams to deliver large-scale customer service solutions.
Architect and implement Service Cloud configurations, customizations, Apex code, LWC components, triggers, flows, and data migration using Data Loader.
Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) to ensure data synchronization and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical roadmaps, and ensure best practices, including source control with GitHub.
