Roles & Responsibilities

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Performance Marketing
  • Expert in strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (with a focus on Google AdWords and other search channels)

Requirements:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy and execution plan; manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive ROI and ROAS
  • Identify, ideate, execute and optimize multi-funnel SEM, PPC campaigns and campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora, Bing, and other channels to drive high-quality lead generation and user acquisition
  • Develop and manage digital prospecting, remarketing campaigns, email marketing, and marketing automation strategies; support SEO and conversion rate optimization activities with cross-channel dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research competitors, set marketing goals, test new channels, and measure performance with analytics tools

Job description

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and effective ROAS
  • Identify, ideate, execute and optimize multi-funnel SEM campaigns, PPC campaigns, and campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Quora, Bing & other channels to drive high-quality lead generation/user acquisition across multiple target audience parameters.
  • Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry and set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand accordingly.
  • Manage paid listings on third party websites and media partners. Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Develop and manage digital prospecting, remarketing campaigns, email marketing and marketing automation strategy
  • Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO)
  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits with a 360 degree multi-channel dashboard view
  • Use various analytical tools and manage Google Analytics to track & measure all marketing campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance strategies

Qualification:

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience & expertise in Performance Marketing
  • An expert in strategizing, executing, and optimizing Paid Ad Campaigns (with a focus on Google AdWords and other Search Channels)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Prior connects with agencies would be a bonus
  • Hands-on experience in Email marketing platforms
  • Experience in using CRM tools
  • Experience of building and managing a team of Performance Marketers & Analysts
  • Deep understanding of different lead generation channels and how they function
  • Degree/ MBA in Marketing or related field.
