Roles & Responsibilities

  • 6-8 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Financials and SCM in Fusion Cloud applications, with exposure to O2C, P2P, and R2R cycles and OTBI/BI reports
  • Functional Setup Manager experience, including configuration management, security setup, sandbox configuration, and other Fusion Cloud aspects
  • Strong experience in the full support lifecycle, SLA management, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and collaboration with Oracle Customer Support and product/cloud infra teams
  • Strong root cause analysis and debugging skills; ability to work effectively with Oracle Customer Support; Subscription and RMCS module experience is a plus

Requirements:

  • Define requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for Oracle Financials and SCM in Fusion Cloud; document functional specifications
  • Configure and maintain finance and SCM modules, including setup management, security, sandbox configurations, and ongoing optimization
  • Collaborate with IT groups and business users, and coordinate with Oracle Customer Support and cloud/IT infrastructure teams to support operations and SLAs
  • Leverage OTBI/BI reporting; support O2C, P2P, and R2R processes; participate in Subscription and RMCS-related initiatives as applicable

Job description

Functional Lead

  • 06 to 08 years of relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle Financials and SCM in Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Experience of Functional Set up Manager, Manage Configuration, Security set up, Sand Box configuration and other Oracle Fusion Cloud aspects.
  • Having strong experience in Support Life Cycle, SLA management and working with Oracle Product and Cloud Infra support group.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, functional configuration.
  • Strong root cause analysis and code debugging skills.
  • Ability to effectively work with Oracle Customer Support
  • Exposure to O2C (order to cash), P2P (procure to Pay) and R2R (Record to Report) cycles.
  • OTBI/ BI Reports
  • Experience with Subscription and RMCS Module is a plus.
  • Responsibilities include defining requirements, configuring, and maintaining the finance and SCM module, and collaborating with IT groups and business users.
