6-9 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and lead roles
Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portals, Power BI)
Experience with system integration using APIs, custom connectors and data flows; ability to integrate CRM with ERP, marketing tools and third-party services
Familiarity with Azure and SharePoint; comfortable working in a remote setup within IST time zone

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to improve customer relationship processes and functionality; build tailored Power Apps for CRM users
Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portals, Power BI) to deliver business applications and automate processes
Integrate CRM with external platforms (ERP systems, marketing tools, third-party services) using custom connectors, APIs, and data flows; coordinate data synchronization with the integration team; utilize middleware and API management tools
Handle CRM integrations focusing on Power Apps integration with third-party services (Azure, SharePoint); Canvas Apps experience is a plus

Power Platform Expertise:PowerApps, Power Automate Flows and Power Portals,Power BI (Any) System Integration:

Collaborate with the integration team to ensure smooth data synchronization between CRM and other enterprise systems.
