Roles & Responsibilities

  • 6+ years experience in MS Dynamics D365 FO and Retail/POS modules and D365 Ecommerce
  • Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and upgrading D365 Commerce (including Ecommerce) from Retail SDK to Commerce SDK
  • Core development capabilities in Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail SDK and Commerce SDK) and proficiency in Typescript and HTML
  • End-to-end implementation experience of D365 FO projects with Dynamics 365 Commerce (including E-commerce), solution design involvement (3+ projects), fit-gap analysis, and Microsoft Sure Step methodology

Requirements:

  • Provide technical guidance to the team and resolve complex issues
  • Lead and mentor team members on D365 FO and Commerce projects
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and successful delivery
  • Participate in production support and troubleshooting for D365 FO Retail projects

Job Description:

  • Should have 6+ years of Experience
  • Hands on experience in MS Dynamics D365 FO and Retail / POS modules and D365 Ecommerce
  • Experience installing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics D365 Commerce (including ecommerce)
  • Hands-on experience in version upgrades from Retail SDK to Commerce SDK like 10.0.24 to 10.0.32 etc.
  • Hands-on experience in Store Commerce Set up and Configuration for on-Premise environment.
  • Experience in Production Support and troubleshooting of issues in D365 F&O Retail projects
  • Core development capabilities in Dynamics365 Commerce (the Retail SDK and Commerce SDK)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Typescript and HTML
  • Should have implemented (end to end) D365 FO projects with Dynamics 365 Commerce (including E-commerce)
  • Should have involved in solution design (At least 3 projects)
  • Experience in fit gap analysis
  • Experience in leveraging Microsoft Sure Step methodology for full-lifecycle implementations
  • Good communication and customer facing experience skills
  • Provide guidance to the team and resolve technical issues
  • Lead and provide technical mentoring of team members
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics D365 FO and/or D365 Commerce preferred
