Roles & Responsibilities

3+ years of hands-on MERN stack development experience, including React and Next.js.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js and Express.js.
Experience designing RESTful HTTP services and working with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
Familiar with CI/CD methodologies and tools, cloud concepts, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and design patterns such as microservices and event-driven architectures.

Requirements:

Develop and maintain MERN stack applications, breaking problems into functional modules.
Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js/Express.js and ensure scalable, resilient services.
Collaborate in an Agile team environment with stakeholders and vendors to deliver projects.
Contribute to cloud-based deployments, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and apply non-functional requirements for resilience, availability, performance, and security.

Junior MERN Developer-02 Position(3-5 Years)

3+ years of in-depth experience working as a MERN stack developer
Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong hands-on experience in React, and NextJS.
Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS, ExpressJS, etc.
Hands-on experience in RESTful HTTP service design
Hands-on working experience with SQL, Postgres SQL, and No SQL DB like Mongo DB.
Ability to design solutions by breaking them into functional modules.
Understanding of NFR concepts around resilience, availability, performance, security, etc.
Familiar with Continuous integration methodologies and tools.
Hands-on experience on any one cloud platform with exposure to microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of design patterns like microservices, event-based architecture patterns, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in project work and commercial development processes- particularly Agile methodologies.
Able to be effective in a collaborative team environment.
Strong stakeholder/vendor management skills, influence, and ability to work autonomously.
Hands-on experience on designing for NFRs around resilience, availability, performance, security, etc.
Strong Hands-on experience with cloud concepts
