Roles & Responsibilities

Strong hands-on Java development experience with Struts (v1.1, v2, and preferably v6), including Struts tag libraries, validation, and action classes.
Proficiency in JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MVC frameworks (Spring MVC or JSF or other Java-based MVC).
Experience configuring and deploying applications on Tomcat and solid understanding of server configurations; familiarity with Spring Security.
Proven Tech Lead with leadership, project management, and ability to work independently across operating systems.

Requirements:

Lead technical delivery of Java/Struts projects as Tech Lead, including architecture, design, and hands-on development.
Mentor team members, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive project planning and delivery timelines.
Develop and maintain Struts-based applications (v1.1, v2, ideally v6) using Struts tag libs, validation, actions, and MVC components (JSP/HTML/CSS/JS).
Configure and troubleshoot Tomcat deployments and related server settings; implement security and best practices using Spring Security where applicable.
