Roles & Responsibilities

5+ years of product development experience, including at least 2 years in leading a team
Excellent command of data structures and algorithms, with strong object-oriented programming skills in Java or Golang
Experience with web technologies and tools including Java, Spring, Python, Linux, Apache, MySQL, Solr, Memcache, Redis
Experience building high-performance services for millions of daily traffic is a plus

Requirements:

Design, develop, and maintain real-time internet applications or high-scale SaaS services with emphasis on performance and reliability
Lead and mentor a development team (2+ years) and collaborate with product, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality software
Architect and optimize backend services focusing on data structures, algorithms, and OO design using Java/Golang and technologies such as Java/Spring, Linux, MySQL, Redis
Ensure scalability and reliability to handle millions of daily users, with proactive monitoring, profiling, and optimization
